Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end custom clearance processes for import and export shipments
- Coordinate with CHA, customs authorities, transporters, and customers for smooth clearance
- Verify and manage shipment documentation in line with customs regulations
- Ensure timely filing, processing, and clearance to avoid delays, detention, or penalties
- Provide accurate shipment status updates and resolve customer queries effectively
- Stay updated with changes in customs laws, tariffs, and compliance guidelines
- Monitor clearance timelines and identify potential risks or bottlenecks
- Work closely with operations, billing, and documentation teams for seamless execution
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and records as per compliance standards
