### Role Overview

We are looking for a **Sales Manager** to develop and strengthen relationships with **architects, interior designers, project management consultants (PMCs), builders, and developers**.

The role involves identifying recent projects, generating leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, managing the sales cycle, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

### Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with **Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers & PMCs**.
* Generate leads and business opportunities through the architect/designer network.
* Identify upcoming and ongoing projects in targeted locations.
* Conduct **site visits, client meetings and product demonstrations**.
* Follow up with prospects and drive deals towards closure.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team targets.
* Manage customer relationships and ensure effective handover.
* Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively.
* Coach and support the sales team to improve performance.
* Monitor sales funnel,



conversion and overall sales process.
* Ensure customer retention and long-term relationships.

### Requirements

* Proven experience in **Sales / Business Development / Sales Management**.
* Experience in **team handling and target achievement**.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with **premium/luxury home interior products** is highly desirable.
* Experience in **Lighting, Home Automation, Interior Products, Building Materials** or related industries will be relevant.
* Strong existing network with **Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Developers**.
* Experience in **project sales / high-value sales** is preferred.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good command of **English, Hindi and Telugu**.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
