Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns related to home loans and documentation.
- Process loan applications, verify documents, coordinate with the banks for funds disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in a similar role in the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of home loans, mortgages, and financial products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in voice processing technology.
