Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits for AS400 systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and application functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in a timely manner using ticketing tools.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS400) operating system and its applications.
- Proficiency in DBMS (Database Management System) concepts and TSM (Ticketing System).
- Experience with AIX operating system is an added advantage.
