About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is not just good at selling, but is also creative, proactive, and comfortable exploring new ways of generating business.

The role combines lead generation, customer engagement, sales, digital outreach, content creation, networking, and relationship management. You will have the opportunity to experiment with different ways of reaching potential homebuyers and investors while taking ownership of the complete journey from generating a lead to converting it into a site visit and booking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified real estate leads through a combination of digital outreach, networking, referrals, social media, content, events, databases, and traditional sales activities.
- Explore creative ways to reach potential customers through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, local communities, online groups, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating property-focused content, including short-form videos, reels, posts, project explainers, and other customer-facing communication.
- Identify and experiment with new lead-generation and outreach initiatives to expand the customer pipeline.
- Engage with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, social media, meetings, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound prospecting as an important part of the overall lead-generation strategy.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, location preference, configuration, investment objectives, and purchase timeline.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.




- Build relationships with prospective buyers and provide relevant information about projects, pricing, payment plans, locations, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and facilitate site visits, meetings, and customer interactions.
- Handle customer objections, answer queries, and work towards converting qualified prospects into site visits and bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions through the CRM.
- Track the performance of different lead-generation activities and identify what is working best.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop new campaigns, outreach ideas, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Stay updated on real estate projects, market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
