Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Junior Engineer – Structure with experience in High Rise Building Projects and Mivan Construction Technology. The candidate will be responsible for supervising structural execution activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with site teams, and supporting timely project delivery as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and monitor day-to-day structural execution activities at project sites.

•Execute and monitor Mivan formwork/shuttering activities as per approved structural drawings and construction methodology.

•Inspect reinforcement, shuttering, alignment, concreting, and finishing activities before casting.

•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.

•Ensure execution of works in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, QA/QC standards, and safety guidelines.

•Review structural drawings, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and technical documents for execution.

•Monitor site progress and ensure achievement of planned execution targets as per project schedule.

•Maintain daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.

•Monitor manpower productivity and material utilization at site.





•Support quantity estimation, reconciliation, and site measurements.

•Identify and escalate technical issues, delays, and execution challenges to reporting managers.

•Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and company safety policies.

•Coordinate inspections and ensure timely closure of site observations.

Eligibility Criteria

•B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

•Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects

•Mandatory hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology

Required Skills

•Good knowledge of RCC structural execution and construction practices

•Strong understanding of Mivan formwork systems and high-rise construction methodology

•Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings

•Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation processes

•Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction safety standards

•Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

•Experience in residential high-rise tower projects preferred

•Solid site execution and coordination capabilities

•Willingness to work at project sites and extended hours based on project requirements

•Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
