Role Description The Junior Engineer IMM & EBM Maintenance role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Mysore facility. This role involves supporting the maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) and Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Typical tasks include performing routine checks, assisting in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, executing preventive maintenance activities, and supporting repair work to reduce equipment downtime.





The role also includes documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance, and following established safety and quality standards.

The Junior

Engineer will work closely with senior maintenance engineers to learn procedures, implement improvements, and contribute to reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering.
- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of IMM and EBM machinery or similar industrial equipment is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail, with a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts within a manufacturing environment.
