Job Title: Junior QS & Planning Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QS & Planning Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in quantity estimation, billing, planning, and project coordination,

preferably in high-rise residential (MIVAN/aluminium formwork) or large-scale commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and BOQs for civil and MEP works.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate take-offs and project planning.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring project schedules (MS Project / Primavera).
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely progress updates and cost control.
- Validate subcontractor bills and client billing as per contractual terms.
- Track material consumption, productivity, and cost variances.
- Support in preparing monthly progress reports and cash flow projections.
- Liaise with procurement and engineering teams for budget alignment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of variations, claims, and reconciliations.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in QS and Project Planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project / Primavera.
- Solid understanding of BOQ preparation, billing, and estimation processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience in high-rise residential / MIVAN projects is highly desirable.
