Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Engineer – Finishing with experience in High Rise Residential Projects and Mivan Construction Technology. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all finishing activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and supporting timely project completion as per approved specifications and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise and monitor day-to-day finishing activities at project sites.

•Ensure execution of finishing works such as plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, false ceiling, joinery, and interior finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.

•Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of finishing activities.





•Monitor finishing quality and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and project specifications.

•Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify defects, snags, and finishing issues.

•Ensure finishing works are completed as per project schedule and planned milestones.

•Review architectural drawings, finishing details, and material specifications for execution.

•Maintain daily progress reports, snag lists, and finishing work documentation.

•Monitor manpower productivity and material utilization at site.

•Coordinate material approvals, mock-ups, and sample inspections for finishing works.

•Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and company safety policies.

•Identify and escalate site issues, delays, and execution challenges to reporting managers.

•Coordinate final finishing inspections, handover activities, and snag closure works.

Eligibility Criteria

•B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

•Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential projects

•Mandatory experience in Mivan construction projects and finishing execution works

Required Skills

•Good knowledge of finishing execution and construction practices





•Strong understanding of high-rise residential finishing works and Mivan construction methodology

•Knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and workmanship practices

•Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings

•Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation processes

•Understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction safety standards

•Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

•Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

•Experience in high-rise residential tower projects preferred

•Strong finishing execution and coordination capabilities

•Ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously

•Willingness to work at project sites and extended hours based on project requirements

•Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
