​About the Role:

​We are a rapidly growing Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company actively executing utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. We are currently looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and field-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our site team in Kolhapur.

​The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer in executing solar plant civil works, including module mounting structure (MMS) foundations, inverter rooms (MCR/ICR), control rooms, boundary fencing, trenching, and pathway construction.

​Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- ​Site Execution: Supervise daily civil construction and structural activities at the solar site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- ​Foundation & MMS Works: Monitor excavation, PCC, RCC works, pile driving/foundation casting, and alignment for Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS).
- ​Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with quality standards for materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and construction workmanship.
- ​Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with local sub-contractors, laborers, and material vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day site progress.
- ​Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, material consumption records,



and report project milestones/delays directly to the Senior Project Engineer.
- ​Safety Compliance: Ensure all on-site personnel strictly follow standard Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

​Candidate Profile & Requirements:

- ​Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- ​Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on site execution experience. (Previous exposure to infrastructure, industrial, or solar/renewable energy projects will be a distinct advantage).
- ​Skills Required:
- ​Good understanding of surveying, leveling, and reading structural/civil drawings.
- ​Familiarity with concrete testing, reinforcement checking, and earthwork calculations.
- ​Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- ​Soft Skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, ability to handle labor teams, and willingness to work on-site.
- ​Languages: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
