Fashion with Advantages (FWB) is looking for a Junior E-commerce Sales Executive to support and manage our online sales operations across our FWB Shopify website and Myntra.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage end-to-end online orders received through the FWB Shopify website and Myntra
- Process orders, pick and pack products and coordinate dispatches for timely fulfilment
- Ensure online orders are correctly packed, labelled and ready for dispatch
- Regularly update and maintain inventory across online platforms
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the internal team for replenishment
- Handle order-related queries, cancellations, returns and exchanges
- Keep product listings, stock information and order status updated
- Track daily online sales and maintain basic sales/order reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse, production and other internal teams for smooth order processing
- Monitor online orders and marketplace activities and flag any issues that need attention





What we’re looking for
- Freshers with an interest in e-commerce are welcome to apply
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce / online sales / order management will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications
- Good attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Interest in fashion and e-commerce would be an advantage
