Were looking for someone who knows that a campaign doesn’t win because it looks positive in a report. It wins when the right people find it, click it, and take action.

You’ll work across SEO, paid ads, and social media. We expect you to know the fundamentals, own your deadlines, and bring solutions when the numbers aren’t moving.

What you’ll own

- On-page SEO: Research keywords and improve website content, titles, headings, internal links, and page structure.
- Off-page SEO: Find relevant backlink opportunities, manage outreach and listings, and focus on quality over link counts.
- Performance marketing: Support and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Watch spend, leads, conversions, and return.
- Social media calendars: Build monthly calendars, coordinate with the content and design teams,

and make sure approved posts go live on time.
- Reporting: Tell us what worked, what didn’t, and what you’re doing next.

What you bring

- 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong organization, clear communication, and the confidence to take ownership of your work.

If you’re ready to do more than tick boxes, send us your resume and examples of campaigns or calendars you’ve worked on.
