Role Overview

Work Execution:

- Looking after all site activities like RCC work, Brick work, Plaster work, Finishing work etc., as and when required.
- Managing material on the site.
- Understanding of drawings is a must.
- Provide budget oversight and develop cost estimates for materials and personnel based on documents and project plans.

Reporting:

- Managing the workflow of the project.
- Daily inspection of the construction sites.
- Prepare and present progress reports of the given site to the lead civil engineer, technicians, and other team members as and when needed.
- Preparing and submitting DPR (Daily Progress Report) / DLR (Daily Labour Report) to the concerned authority.

Follow Ups:

- Taking follow up for the daily work from the site supervisor.




- Taking follow-up from contractors regarding material and labours.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech - Civil Engineering.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Team coordination.
- Learning skills.
- Knowledge of Civil Eng. Related Software.
