Duties and Responsibilities

- Responsible for site supervision, execution and documentation of Civil & finishing works. To check the work at site as per the work order stipulation.
- Study, refer and implement GFC Architectural, RCC, MEP & interior design drawings for Civil & finishing works.
- Coordinate contractor & finishing work agencies for smooth execution of work.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, daily reports, pour card, MOM, checklists & progress documents and monitor progress by regular updating & reporting.
- Maintain records of goods received and consumed. Receive material at site, check challan as per the PO, Issue materials to the contactors and keep record in registers.
- Taking QC/QA Field and lab test of materials,



finishing work and concrete and maintaining test records.
- Prepare BBS for reinforcement steel.
- Take measurement of the work done as per the mode of measurement and IS codes and check contractor’s bills & material invoices.

Educational Qualification: - DCE/B.E. (Civil)

Required Computer Skills: AutoCAD, MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS project.
