Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will support new business development activities, including identifying potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The person will engage with prospective learners and corporate partners through calls, emails, and meetings, explain Teknowgrade’s learning solutions, and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments or business opportunities.





Daily responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams on proposals and follow-ups, supporting basic account management tasks, and preparing simple reports on sales pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in new business development and lead generation, identifying opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Basic understanding of business concepts and interest in education or training services.
- Robust communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective clients and internal teams.
- Capacity to support account management activities, such as follow-ups, maintaining client relationships, and updating records.
- Comfort with using MS Office tools and CRM or similar software for data entry and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with a proactive and learning-focused mindset.
- Good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and willingness to receive training and feedback.
