Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support project design, development, and execution while working closely with senior architects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conceptual design development and presentation drawings
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed documentation
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
- Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization
- Support project planning, material selection,



and client presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, and Adobe Suite
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential and interior projects
- Knowledge of local building bye-laws and approval processes
- Basic understanding of site execution and coordination
