Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our AI and engineering team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with 0-1 year of experience who are passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, and real-world problem solving.

You will support the development, testing, and optimization of AI/ML models while gaining hands-on exposure to data workflows, model training, APIs, and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

- Support the development and testing of machine learning models
- Work with datasets for cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis
- Assist in feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Use Python and ML libraries to build basic AI/ML solutions
- Support integration of models with applications, APIs, or workflows
- Document experiments, results, and model performance
- Collaborate with data, engineering, and product teams
- Learn and apply best practices in AI/ML development

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 0-1 year of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software development
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and model evaluation
- Familiarity with Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Working knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Exposure to model training, testing, validation, and deployment concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, or MLOps tools
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, or RAG
- Interest in AI product development, automation, and applied machine learning
