Jr. Executive – Accounts cum Back Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Qualification: HSC / B.Com preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Executive – Accounts cum Back Office to support accounts, dispatch documentation, billing coordination, payment follow-ups, and commercial operations. The role requires strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and good coordination with internal teams, customers, and railway authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit dispatch documents to customers/Railway within defined timelines.
- Upload Railway E-Dispatch and online bills on the IREPS portal.
- Prepare Railway Guarantee Certificates at the time of dispatch.
- Maintain records of E-Invoices, E-Way Bills, LR Copies, Inspection Certificates, RIM Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes, and online bills.
- Ensure proper scanning, filing, and digital maintenance of commercial documents.




- Track courier dispatches and maintain proof of delivery records.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain pending CRN/R-Note records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Stores, Customer Support, and Commercial teams.
- Handle documentation-related communication with Railway authorities, customers, courier agencies, and inspection agencies.
- Support audits and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Accounts & Commercial Documentation
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
- Understanding of E-Invoice & E-Way Bill
- Knowledge of IREPS portal will be an added advantage
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Solid attention to detail and documentation discipline

Experience in Railway documentation will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
