About the Role

Ambica Industries is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of experience. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn, develop their accounting skills, and grow professionally in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support GST-related documentation, TDS, and other statutory accounting work.
- Assist in maintaining the books of accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Work on Tally and MS Excel for accounting and data management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, payments, and supporting documents.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.




- 1–3 years of experience in accounting; experience in a manufacturing company will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation will be an advantage.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.
- A positive attitude, sincerity, and ability to work in a team.
