Job Title: Cashier & Billing Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier & Billing Staff to handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately. The candidate will ensure smooth billing operations, maintain records, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle billing and invoicing using billing software

Receive payments via cash, card, UPI, or other digital methods

Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers accurately

Maintain daily cash balance and prepare cash reports

Ensure proper recording of all sales transactions

Assist customers with billing queries and provide support

Coordinate with sales and inventory teams for smooth operations

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter

Follow company policies and procedures for transactions

Journal entry and bank statement checking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum: Degree preferred

Basic knowledge of computers and billing software (Tally)

Good numerical and calculation skills

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and customer handling skills

Honest, reliable, and responsible attitude

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
