Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, mocktails, and other beverages as per the menu.

- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.

- Cut, clean, and store fruits and other ingredients properly.

- Check the freshness and quality of fruits and beverage ingredients.

- Operate and maintain juicers, blenders, mixers, and other beverage equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the juice counter and equipment.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Prepare beverages according to customer orders and serve them promptly.

- Control wastage of fruits, ingredients, and other materials.

- Maintain proper stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.

- Follow standard recipes and portion control.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.

- Handle customer requests professionally.

- Follow hotel rules, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and workplace discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per day
