Role Description The Jr Client Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for supporting and enhancing client relationships throughout the immigration process. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries, explaining service offerings, and ensuring accurate documentation and information flow between clients and internal teams. The Executive will help manage client accounts, schedule and follow up on appointments, and coordinate with consultants to address client needs in a timely manner.





Day-to-day tasks include maintaining client records, preparing basic reports, handling phone and email communication, and contributing to a positive, client-focused environment. The role also requires collaborating closely with colleagues to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Account Management to support ongoing client engagements.
- Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Relationship Building skills to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge or interest in immigration processes, visa categories, or international relocation services is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and a customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
