JOB DETAILS

- Handle end-to-end B2C travel sales and operations
- Prepare customized itineraries and competitive quotations
- Handle air ticketing, hotel bookings, transfers, and sightseeing
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers for rates and confirmations
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and convert leads into bookings
- Manage bookings, confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip
- Maintain knowledge of destinations, travel products, and B2B portals
