- Role & responsibilities:

1. A passionate Tele/Chat Sales Representative who truly puts our customers at the center of everything they do
2. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating sales for our company while prioritizing the establishment and maintenance of exceptional customer relationships
3. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
4. As an effective sales representative,



you will excel in presenting our products or services over the phone, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and resolving customer issues promptly

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. The candidate should be adaptable with working hours, including weekends or evenings.
3. Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer inquiries and understanding the needs of the customer.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience in sales or related roles is a plus.
