Job Overview

- Role: Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive

- Industry: Jewelry Retail, Wholesale, or Manufacturing

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience (jewelry or retail background preferred)

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com) [1, 2, 3]

Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Record daily sales, purchases, cash, bank, and journal entries.

- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers for suppliers, karigars (artisans), and customers.

- Process payment receipts via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

- Manage daily cash books and petty cash reconciliations. [1]

Jewelry Inventory & Stock Accounting

- Assist in maintaining stock-related accounting records for gold, silver, diamonds, and precious gemstones.

- Verify sales and purchase invoices against physical or system inventory records.

- Support periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies under senior supervision.

- Reconcile sales returns, exchanges, discounts, and advance customer

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
