- 6+ years of experience in Atlassian Jira Administration and Development.
- Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, screens, permissions, and issue types.
- Develop and maintain Jira automation rules, custom fields, and workflow post-functions.
- Integrate Jira with tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
- Perform Jira upgrades, migrations, and system performance optimization.
- Create dashboards, reports, and JQL queries to support business and project tracking.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for Jira-related issues.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to implement and improve Scrum/Kanban processes.
