- Location: Ramanagara, Karnataka
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Jewellery Industry
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Kannada – Mandatory
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom floor.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Monitor customer handling and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Handle significant and high-value customers professionally.
- Guide customers regarding jewellery products, designs, quality, pricing, offers, and related services.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products on the showroom floor.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales updates for management.
- Allocate customers and sales responsibilities among sales executives effectively.
- Support the team in converting enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Showroom Manager, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
