Job Overview

MB Sons Jewellers is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Diamond & Polki Sales Executive for our flagship showroom in C-Scheme, Jaipur. In this role, you will represent our premium collectionsguiding high-net-worth clients, brides, and families through high-value bridal and diamond-polki purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Clienteling

- Present, demonstrate, and cross-sell high-end Polki (Uncut Diamond) and Diamond Jewellery collections to retail and bridal clients.
- Understand client preferences, wedding themes, and budgets to recommend customized jewellery solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly individual and counter sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family clients to drive repeat business and client referrals.

Product & Expertise Communication

- Articulate design inspirations, craftsmanship details, diamond grading (4Cs), gemstone authenticity, and metal purities accurately.
- Explain pricing breakdowns clearly, including gross/net weights, stone charges, gold purity, and making charges.
- Stay updated on seasonal bridal trends, Jadau, and Kundan-Polki traditional craftsmanship.

Counter & Store Operations

- Manage counter display, visual merchandising,



and high-value stock handling following security protocols.
- Maintain complete accountability for assigned inventory, performing accurate daily opening and closing stock tallies.
- Assist clients with custom design requests, alterations, and post-sales care coordination.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of retail sales experience exclusively in Polki, Diamond, or Bridal Jewellery in a reputed luxury jewellery showroom.
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate degree preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of Marwari/Rajasthani is a distinct advantage for local client engagement).
- Location: Candidates residing in or ready to commute easily to C-Scheme, Jaipur.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Polki (uncut diamond) varieties, Jadau settings, diamond clarity/color standards, and precious gemstone characteristics.
- Polished presentation skills, strong communication, and luxury retail etiquette.
- Solid closing skills for high-ticket transactions.
- Integrity, meticulousness in handling high-value inventory, and team orientation.
