- Experience: Minimum 3–6 years of experience specifically in Polki, Jadau, and Diamond jewellery design in a reputed luxury retail or manufacturing house.
- Design Skills: Exceptional hand-sketching and color rendering abilities. Proficiency in digital illustration tools (MatrixGold, Rhino CAD, CoralDraw, or Photoshop) is a strong plus.
- Gemological Knowledge: Strong understanding of uncut diamonds (Polki), diamond grading, precious color gemstones (emeralds, rubies), and traditional settings (Kundan/Jadau).
- Craft Understanding: Sound understanding of gold loss, manufacturing feasibility, weight budgeting, and production constraints.
Key Competencies
- Artistic flair with a deep appreciation for Indian heritage and royal aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills to liaise between production and retail teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under seasonal deadlines (bridal & festive releases).
Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Opportunity to work with rare gemstones and high-value heritage bridal jewellery.
