About the Role
At WAHE Jewellery, we don’t believe jewellery should simply be sold.
It should be discovered.
We’re looking for a Boutique Manager to lead our Gurgaon store — someone who can bring together outstanding people, great service and strong business performance.
You’ll own the store, the team, the customer experience and the numbers.
What You’ll Do
✨ Own boutique sales and overall business performance
✨ Lead, coach and grow the retail team
✨ Set the tone for a warm, energetic, high-performance store
✨ Build a culture of clienteling and long-term customer relationships
✨ Stay close to the customer — from first conversation to follow-up
✨ Lead by example on the floor
✨ Ensure the boutique always looks, feels and operates like WAHE
✨ Own daily operations, inventory, stock and store standards
✨ Work with the central team on launches, merchandising, marketing and events
✨ Personally handle key clients and high-value conversations

Jewellery Experience?
A plus, not a must.
Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, premium brands or high-touch customer experience is preferred.
