Summary of the Role
The RPA & Agentic Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge intelligent automation solutions. This role emphasizes the integration of traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with Agentic AI and Generative AI capabilities, focusing on automating end-to-end business processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions utilizing RPA, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
• Automate end-to-end business processes for various enterprise applications.
• Create AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and collaborating within RPA workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities across the organization.
• Integrate RPA tools with existing systems and applications to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Conduct testing and validation of automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.
• Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in RPA and AI technologies to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have
• Proven experience in RPA development (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Robust understanding of AI concepts including Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools.
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
