Position: Customer Success Engineer (NGFW)
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM (EST)
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFW (Mandatory)
- Panorama, GlobalProtect, App-ID, User-ID, NAT & Security Policies
- IPSec/SSL VPN, TCP/IP, OSPF & BGP
- Wireshark, Syslog, and network troubleshooting
- Experience supporting enterprise customers in production environments
- Robust customer-facing, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- PCNSE/PCNSA/CCNA/CCNP certifications are preferred
Role Overview:
You will work directly with enterprise customers, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex Palo Alto NGFW issues, manage technical escalations, and help customers optimize and maximize the value of their security solutions.
