Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Executives / Business Development Executives for our team in Sector 9, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, driving gym membership and Personal Training (PT) sales, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, walk-ins, digital leads, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into gym memberships.
- Promote and sell gym memberships, Personal Training (PT), and related fitness services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans and services.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Build robust customer relationships and ensure a positive sales experience.
- Coordinate with the gym operations and fitness teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Participate in daily sales huddles, meetings,



and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 13 years in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Service, or related roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented attitude can also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales incentives.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Candidates from Fitness, Hospitality, Telecom, Banking, Insurance, EdTech, QSR, Retail, or similar sales industries are welcome.
