About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the jewellery segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with jewellery retailers/dealers, managing existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and result-oriented sales qualified who enjoys meeting customers, developing relationships, exploring new markets, and converting opportunities into business. Experience and contacts within the jewellery retail/dealer network will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit jewellery retailers, wholesalers, dealers, distributors, and other potential customers regularly.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote the company's jewellery products,



collections, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and other sales channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- New customer acquisition.
- Repeat business and customer retention.
- Number and quality of customer visits.
- Lead-to-order conversion.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 14 years of experience in field sales, preferably in jewellery or related industries.
- Candidates with an established network among jewellery retailers/dealers will be preferred.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
