Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Institutional / Corporate Sales Manager to develop and manage corporate and institutional business, generate new clients, drive sales and revenue, and build long-term B2B relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new corporate and institutional clients for business growth.

* Generate leads through networking, references, market mapping and direct outreach.

* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order closure and collection.

* Develop relationships with corporates, institutions, buying houses, airlines, hotels, retail chains and other large organisations.

* Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and presentations as per client requirements.

* Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts while maintaining company margins.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and identify repeat business opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, order execution and timely delivery.

* Track sales pipeline, order status,



collections and client ageing.

* Prepare regular MIS and sales reports for management.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify current business opportunities.

* Manage client issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain strong relationships.

Required Skills

* Strong B2B / Institutional / Corporate Sales experience.

* Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience .

* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

* Strong client relationship and business development abilities.

* Target-oriented with good commercial understanding.

* Experience in handling large-value corporate orders.

* Good knowledge of sales MIS, Excel and CRM.

* Ability to independently manage clients and close deals.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in footwear, fashion, lifestyle, apparel, retail or other consumer product industries will be preferred.
