Roles & Responsibilities:

- Building and managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
- Possess a robust understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors.
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, product offerings and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
- Lead management and coordination with the team
- Collaborate with respective team to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
- Training of sales representatives/executives.

Qualification:

Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Science graduate preferred)

Also, the candidate should have relevant experience in General Trade(GT) Sales and supplement stores for handling the FMCG distribution channel.
