Role & responsibilities

- Network & Infrastructure Management: Manage LAN/WAN, VPN,
- Possesses hands-on experience in POS hardware configuration and setup
- System Administration: Maintain Windows servers, VMware setting, Cisco infrastructure, patch management, backups, and software upgrades.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve network, server, hardware, software, and desktop-related issues while ensuring minimum downtime.
- Retail IT Operations Support: Support EPOS systems, printers, scanners, cash drawers, and other retail technology devices.
- Security & Compliance Management: Ensure data security, system integrity, policy adherence, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with corporate teams, service providers, and end users to ensure SLA compliance and smooth IT operations.
- User Support & Training: Assist users with technical issues, requirements analysis, system usage, and training needs.
