CTC: Up to 45,000/month

Office Timing: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Candidate Requirements
• Bengali Speaking – Mandatory
• Good communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Customer Support
• Candidate should be local to Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai
• Comfortable working from office (WFO)

Role & Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.




• Communicate professionally with customers in Bengali and English.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow company processes
