Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and productive use of resources.
- Provide patient counseling and support services to patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Oversee IP DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) coding and billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation and reimbursement.
- Supervise staff performance, providing guidance on quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Job Requirements :
- 6 + years of experience in hospital administration or center management.
- Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including OPD (Outpatient Department) procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient counselling and interaction.
- Proficiency in IP DRG coding system for accurate medical billing.
