Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver practical, project-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java backend development, frontend technologies, databases, REST APIs, and full-stack application development.

The trainer should be able to explain concepts clearly and guide learners through the development of complete, real-world web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Java Full Stack Development training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world application development scenarios.
- Cover key topics including:
- Core Java and Java Programming Fundamentals
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Collections Framework
- Exception Handling
- Multithreading
- Java 8+ Features
- Streams and Lambda Expressions

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Prior experience as a Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Trainer, or Technical Instructor.
- Solid proficiency in Core Java and Java 8+.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with React.js or Angular is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating frontend/backend applications.
- Good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Real-time full-stack project experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with Kafka or messaging systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is preferred.
