About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development along with modern frontend technologies such as React.js. This role requires hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, REST APIs, and cloud-ready application development to build high-quality business solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern development frameworks.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain Microservices-based applications for distributed environments.
- Implement Event-Driven Architecture solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Work with MongoDB for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.




- Contribute to application design discussions and technical solutioning.
- Ensure software quality through unit testing and integration testing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related backend technologies.
- Strong expertise in building Microservices-based applications.
- Experience implementing Event-Driven Architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API design principles.
- Experience working with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Experience with unit testing and quality assurance practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.




- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
