We are hiring an experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development and manage a team of engineers. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor backend engineers.
- Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
- Manage development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
