Design and implement automation for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management
Automate service catalog workflows, approvals, notifications, SLAs, and escalations
Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
Enable alert-to-incident and event-driven ITSM automation
Improve ITSM process efficiency through continuous optimization
Implement Service Mapping automation
- Automate CMDB population, relationship creation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
