Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Trainer to join our Training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging technical training to students and learners across various IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive online and offline IT training sessions.
- Train students on topics such as Software Applications, Development Frameworks, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Customize training based on students' knowledge levels and learning requirements.
- Prepare PPTs, training materials, manuals, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical activities.
- Provide feedback and support to help students improve their technical skills.
- Handle students' technical doubts and provide hands-on troubleshooting support.
- Follow the assigned syllabus and stay updated with current technologies.




- Conduct seminars and technical sessions for college students.
- Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for seminars and training programs.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.

Preferred Profile
- Previous experience as an IT Trainer / Technical Trainer / Faculty / Instructor.
- Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or college training programs will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and good presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
