Job Summary:

Collective Coworks is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure within our coworking space. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless connectivity and support for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day IT support for coworking space operations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, systems, and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage and maintain Wi-Fi networks and routing systems
- Configure and monitor firewall and network security systems
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity for clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and service-related requirements
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Provide prompt technical assistance to clients and staff

Required Skills & Competencies:





- Strong knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
- Experience in troubleshooting systems and network issues
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and Wi-Fi routing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Educational Qualification:

- Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field

Experience:

- 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience preferred (freshers with solid technical knowledge may also apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
