**Role Descr ng>iption The IT Support Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to staff, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers and other IT equipment.

The IT Support Specialist will manage help desk requests, respond to user queries, and ensure timely troubleshooting of network and system-related problems. The role includes installing and configuring operating systems and applications, maintaining IT assets, and coordinating with vendors or senior IT personnel when required. The specialist will also document issues and resolutions, support user training on basic IT tools, and contribute to maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for end users.




- Candidates should possess hands-on Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Desktop Computers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge, including operating systems, office productivity tools, and security best practices.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and document issues and solutions effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple support requests.
- Experience in public sector or government environments is an advantage but not required.**
