- Work from Office(5 days)
- Required to work nights shifts(5pm - 2am)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations and grievance handling
• Conduct floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee interactions
• Support performance management and HR interventions
• Partner with business leaders on people-related matters
• Drive Rewards & Recognition initiatives
• Ensure HR policy compliance and effective employee lifecycle management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRBP / BPHR roles
• BPO / ITES / Contact Center experience is mandatory
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in Employee Engagement, ER & Performance Management
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
