We are hiring a Customer Quality Engineer for a leading Tier-2 Automotive company specializing in Injection Moulding & Assembly, located at Thirumudivakkam, Chennai.

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints, rejections, and field quality issues.
- Conduct quality audits and support compliance with applicable ISO/automotive quality standards.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with customers to understand quality concerns, requirements, and expectations.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and quality issues.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams for problem resolution.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of customer complaints/rejections.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up for customer quality issues.




- Willingness to travel to customer locations for field quality activities is required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on exposure to customer quality, complaint handling, RCA, 8D, and corrective actions will have an advantage.
- Diploma in any relevant specialization; ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
