Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Sr. System Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Integration, Scripting, ITSM, and CMDB to support enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

Key Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB

- Solid ServiceNow scripting and customization experience

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations

- Experience in ITSM process configuration and CMDB administration in production

- Nuvolo experience/exposure is an added advantage

- Strong understanding of L2/L3 ServiceNow support and development
