- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through email.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow up on pending queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Update and maintain customer interaction records in the system.
Requirements:
